Halloween Fun at Cope

We had so much fun at our annual Halloween celebration! Families in our Home Visiting Program celebrated the season with an evening of costumes, trick-or-treating, and our favorite Halloween movies.

Gatherings like this give parents the opportunity to bond with their children, create connections with other parents, and build a sense of community in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

The Parents as Teachers program is made possible by key funding from: Health and Human Services Agency, Napa County through Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) Funds; The Elaine Jones Safety Net Fund, a Community Impact Fund of Napa Valley Community Foundation; Kaiser Permanente; Lewis Cellars; and generous community supporters.
