Celebrating the Home Visiting Class of 2026!

We’re excited to share that the Parents as Teachers (PAT) Home Visiting Class of 2026 has graduated! On June 12th, families and staff gathered for a joyful celebration to recognize the graduating families’ hard work and dedication.

Throughout their time in the program, families worked closely with their Family Support Specialist (FSS) to improve early learning and parent-child bonding. They received regular home visits with their FSS, screenings for developmental milestones and parental mental health, and additional resources to help them overcome challenges.

Families also built a strong community of support. They gathered regularly for family socials, where they built new relationships and supported one another. These gatherings included skill-building activities like goal setting and planning family budgets, as well as fun get-togethers like pool-days and arts-and-crafts sessions.

With love and dedication, these parents have strengthened their relationship with their children, harnessed positive parenting skills, and worked to provide bright futures for their families. See some snapshots of the celebration below!
