A Message of Appreciation to Cope's Supporters

As the busy holiday season quickly approaches, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge just a few of the amazing things our donors, volunteers and supporters have helped make happen this year. Because of your support, contributions and dedication to Napa Valley’s children and their families:

  • Our Triple P Positive Parenting Classes were expanded! Cope now also provides parenting classes for parents of teens and for families going through separation or divorce.

  • The Home Visiting program grew to help even more families with young children.

  • Cope’s Family Resource Center was stocked with over 1,500 diapers through the Summer diaper drive!

  • Together, over 120 volunteers have contributed more than 1,400 hours to supporting Cope’s programs and services.

  • April's Blue Ribbon Month Campaign raised awareness about child abuse and neglect in our community. The Walk With Me children's shoes exhibit representing the 242 victims of child abuse last year reminded us of the toll this issue has on children, families and our community.

YOU helped Sean related with his 15 year-old, and gave him the tools and confidence to become a better parent through the Triple P Teen Parenting Classes.

YOU made it possible for over 1,000 home visits to happen so far this year, supporting and teaching parents like Guadalupe about her daughter’s early childhood development and setting her up for life-long success.

YOU helped shine a light on the issue of child abuse and neglect in our community, the impacts it can have, and how together we can help prevent it from happening.

This is just a short list of the ways that our supporters have helped make a difference in our community this year. But words, bullet points, and numbers cannot describe the ways that you have made incredible impacts on the many families that we serve.
