Family Support Hub
Our Family Resource Center provides drop-in support and resources for parents and caregivers during difficult times. Our staff will connect you with the programs, services and community resources to help address your concerns and meet your family’s needs.
Crisis Intervention
Our staff provides confidential and compassionate support during a family emergency. We help meet immediate needs as well as connect families with outside resources for further support.
Emergency Assistance
To help meet your family’s immediate needs, we provide emergency assistance such as gift cards; diapers and wipes; and formula and baby food.
Referrals
When families need services beyond our programs, our staff will help connect you with other community organizations and government agencies for further assistance.
Peer Support Groups
Cope Connections is Cope’s monthly peer support group where parents and caregivers can connect with one another and get resources to strengthen their family.

Our Family Resource Center is located in downtown Napa at 707 Randolph Street.
Our drop in hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
