Cope Family Center is a Family Resource Center in downtown Napa that connects parents and caregivers with the resources and support they need to raise their children in safe, healthy, and loving homes. We provide parent education, home visiting, and support services to families who live or work in Napa County.
In addition to serving the families coming through our door, we carry out community engagement and advocacy work to build a stronger community for children and families.
All our services are offered in English and Spanish and are free of charge thanks to government and community support.

History
Cope Family Center was founded in 1972 by a group of concerned community members in response to a child abuse-related death. Those volunteers understood that the well-being of parents and caregivers is directly linked to the well-being of their children. Since those early days, Cope has continued the critical work of protecting children by supporting their parents during challenging times so their children get a strong start in life. Because of Cope, families are stronger, children are safer, and our whole community benefits.
