Cope Family Center is proud to be part of Napa County’s vibrant network of organizations working together to support children and families. By partnering with providers like you, we’re building a stronger, healthier community for everyone.
We serve parents and caregivers with children under 18 and who live, work, go to school, or have a CWS or court case in Napa County. All services are free of charge and offered in English and Spanish.

Cope Referral Form
To refer your client to Cope, please use this referral form. Once we receive a referral, we will reach out to the client directly to engage them in the appropriate program. You will be notified once we’ve received your referral and have begun following-up with the parent/caregiver. Please send one referral for each parent/caregiver as this document also serves as a consent form.
