Cope Family Center Welcomes Daniela Krueger-Franco to Board of Directors
NAPA, CA — Cope Family Center is pleased to announce the election of Daniela Krueger-Franco as a member of its Board of Directors. With her dedication to family wellbeing and community empowerment, Franco brings fresh perspective and leadership to Cope’s mission of strengthening families in Napa County.
Krueger-Franco holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential, and has built her career in human resources management, talent development, and organizational operations. She is a passionate advocate for supporting children and caregivers alike, drawing on both her professional experience and her role as a parent to inform her commitment.
“Being a mother has opened my eyes in ways I could never imagine,” said Krueger-Franco. “Experiencing the world through a child’s eyes – the wonder, curiosity, and trust – reminds me every day how much a safe and loving home means. Challenges come at various stages in life, often heavy and uncertain, and that is why organizations like Cope are important now more than ever. I am proud to represent an organization that reflects my values, creating a space where children can simply be children, and where caregivers are supported in building healthy, stable homes. Joining the Board is my way of giving back to the community I call home and ensuring that this work not only supports families today but continues for generations to come.”
“We are thrilled to welcome Daniela to our Board of Directors,” said Millie Binz, Cope Board President. “Her understanding of the challenges faced by families, along with her strategic mindset and her strong roots in our community, make her an invaluable addition to the Board. Her leadership will help Cope continue to respond to growing needs and strengthen our impact across Napa County.”
Cope Family Center has been a cornerstone resource for families in Napa County for more than 50 years, offering a continuum of programs including the Family Support Hub, Parenting Classes, Home Visiting, and Advocacy and Civic Engagement. With Franco’s addition to the Board, Cope reinforces its commitment to inclusive leadership and to centering the voices and experiences of families in its governance.
