Operations Manager (Office & Human Resources)

The Operations Manager serves a dual role in office operations and human resources administration, ensuring that Cope Family Center operates smoothly, safely, and in alignment with our mission and values. This position oversees the systems, facilities, and administrative infrastructure that enable staff to do their work effectively, while also supporting employees throughout the full HR life cycle.

At Cope, we believe that strong systems support strong people. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in fostering a workplace culture where staff feel informed, supported, and valued—so they can, in turn, show up fully for the families we serve. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter who brings both structure and heart to their work.

Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt, Benefited
Pay Range: $37.50 – $40.00/hour BOE
Reports to: Executive Director
